Terms and Conditions

1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services provided by Globalnetic in connection with prepaid eSIM reselling. Any variations to these clauses must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. eSIM RESELLING

Globalnetic engages in the resale of prepaid eSIMs. Customers register and purchase SIM cards through the https://www.globalnetic.com website and/or the Globalnetic App.

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR USING GLOBALNETIC SERVICES

Customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions to use Globalnetic services. Information required for registration includes First Name, Last Name, Address (billing address), and Email address, provided directly or through a service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency…) on the web browser under https://www.globalnetic.com.

2.3. GLOBALNETIC COMMITMENTS

Globalnetic is committed to providing quality services to customers. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free services.

2.4. CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS

Customers, while using Globalnetic’s Equipment or Services, must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions that may impair or damage the network. Breach of these obligations may result in the suspension of services, with continued payment obligations.

2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary based on carrier and country of origin. The customer must check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided at checkout. The customer is held responsible for the accuracy of the information provided regarding device compatibility.

3. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

The service contract between Globalnetic and the Customer initiates upon completing the order at the Globalnetic website or via the Globalnetic app. The contract will terminate if the customer lacks an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Accepted payment methods for Globalnetic services include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Ideal, Klarna, Billink, Cash, and Alipay. Payments are in Euros (€). Credit card transactions are processed and secured by Globalnetic providers.

4.2. CHARGES FOR USE

4.2.1. All Charges are inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.

4.2.2. Customers are not entitled to offset claims against Globalnetic unless their claims are undisputed or confirmed by a final court judgment.

5. DELIVERY

Purchased eSIMs are immediately visible under the “My eSIMs” tab on the Globalnetic website or app. Confirmation emails and installation information are available on the user’s Globalnetic account.

6. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

Customers have the right to request a refund or eSIM replacement if the eSIM cannot be installed and used due to a technical problem from Airalo.

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

6.1.2. Refund requests can be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if activation is no longer possible after extensive troubleshooting.

6.1.3. Cooperation for issue resolution is required for a refund.

6.1.4. No refund for remaining data after the validity period expires.

6.1.5. No refund for charges unrelated to the Customer’s Globalnetic eSIM account.

6.1.6. Refusal of refund for evidence of abuse, violation, or fraudulent activity.

6.1.7. Investigation and approval for unauthorized purchases.

6.1.8. eSIMs considered used after installation; no refunds.

6.1.9. Notification of invoice disputes within twelve (12) days.

6.1.10. Replacement of eSIMs purchased with vouchers within 30 days.

6.1.11. Refunds subject to investigation on a case-by-case basis.

6.1.12. Refund process detailed with a potential processing fee.

7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

Globalnetic disclaims responsibility for detriments due to the unavailability of the proposed service. No constant availability of the network service is guaranteed. For any requests, contact support@globalnetic.com.
